The amount reserved column
indicates the amount reserved against services towards Export Containers (not
billed)/ Advance Delivery Order (Import Containers).

2.

The amount reserved as aforesaid
shall be released immediately on readiness of final bill. Similarly, the amount
reserved against Advance Bills (Bulk/Break Bulk Cargo Dues or Marine Dues)
shall be released upon issuance of final bill. The revolving deposit balance
would be updated automatically.

No service can be availed against
stipulated minimum balance against each catagory of service.
|
|
4.
|
No seperate notice for
replenishment of revolving deposit shall be issued. It would be the duty of the
customer to replenish balance in time.
|
|
5.
|
Services at HDC can be availed
only to the extent allowable against the available balance. For example if
sufficient balance is not available for accomodating the ad-hoc deposit per
Container, the entry of container shall be disallowed at the gate itself.

6.
|
For effecting payment against the
Revolving Deposit, please ensure indicating correct "Revolving Deposit Account
Number" as well as type of service (Cargo/Marine/Railways).
