II.2 Rate of licence fee for
the rights of Pisciculture in CPT's ponds/water bodies :
Rs. 20/- per 100 sq.mts. per month.
II.3 Rate of licence fee for erection of hoarding on CPT land :

II.4 Way-leave Licence :
(a) A way-leave licence fee @ Rs. 1000/- per calendar year or part thereof will
be charged for essential utility service lines like telephone lines, water
supply lines, sewerage lines, low voltage domestic electric lines running on
single pole etc.
(b) For laying pipelines carrying Crude Oil, POL Products and other Liquid
Cargo over or under the ground, way-leave licence fee will be charged at the
following rates :

(c) For allowing overhead conveyors and high voltage transmission lines and
towers, way-leave licence fee will be charged on the basis of the scheduled
rent for the area coming in the alignment of the structures.
II.5 For Durgachak Mini Market, licence fee will be charged @ Rs. 440/- per
month per plot measuring about 13.936 sq. metres.
II.6 Recovery of Hawker charges in various CPT Bazar shall be made @ Rs. 1/-
per day per Hawker.
II.7 For licensing of open/covered space inside Dock Interior Zone for storage
of import/export goods, the licence fee will be charged at the following rates.
